- DURABLE CONSTRUCTION: The adjustable plyometric box has a non-slip rubber grip platform, is made of 11-Gauge steel for maximum durability and is powder-coated red for a longer-lasting finish.
- DIMENSIONS: The Adjustable Plyo Box weighs 40-pounds, provides a 25.5" x 16" jumping platform, and adjusts in four-inch increments.
