Inspired by Joseph Keen's 'Fluorescent Flies' (1964) and Thomas Clegg's 'The Truth About Fluorescents' (1967), we've crafted a unique fluorescent thread, Semperfli Fluoro Brite. It serves as both a tying thread and a floss, offering the flexibility to untwist it with the bobbin for varied applications. This innovative product stands out, attracting trout, salmon, and other species due to its vibrant glow under UV light. Fish, with their UV-sensitive visual systems, perceive it as a beacon, especially during low-light conditions, one hour before sunrise and after sunset when UV rays still interact with the water.
