The Billy Kemper Quad is a solid fiberglass quad set designed in collaboration with the 4-time Peahi Challenge Champion. The fins feature an upright template with 80/20 foils on front fins, paired with 50/50 foils on the rear fins for the perfect blend of speed, control and maneuverability in pumping surf.
