• When the adapter is not installed, the dovetail shoe is barely noticeable, so handheld operation is not impeded in any way.
• The adapter arm provides interpupillary adjustment while the vertical, fore/aft, and tilt adjustment are handled by the helmet mount.
• The FLIR M24 Mount Adapter can also be disassembled and reassembled in reverse for left eye or right eye coverage.
